This website introduces apparel development and manufacturing services. Catalogue images and styles are development references; they are not offers of finished stock. Specifications, capacity, pricing and lead times are confirmed for each project.

RFQs and quotations

Submitting an RFQ does not create a production contract. A transaction begins only after the parties agree the quotation, approved specifications, payment terms, delivery terms and other applicable documents. A purchase order is subject to written acceptance.

Samples and production

Sample timing, fees, revisions and approvals are confirmed by project. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate specifications, authorized artwork, destination-market requirements and timely approvals. Changes after approval may affect price and schedule.

Intellectual property

You confirm that you are authorized to provide uploaded designs, trademarks and other materials. Neither party receives ownership of the other party’s pre-existing intellectual property merely by making an enquiry.

Trade and compliance information

Trade-agreement articles are general educational information, not customs or legal advice. Eligibility depends on the exact product, HS classification, origin rule, documentation and current law. Buyers should confirm requirements with their importer or customs adviser.

Commercial terms

Payment, inspection, remedies, shipment, Incoterms, warranties, confidentiality, governing law and liability are governed by the final written quotation, purchase order or manufacturing agreement. Where those documents conflict with this website, the signed commercial documents control.
