02Material development
Fabric options are evaluated against hand feel, composition, weight, stretch, color, performance and commercial targets. Buyer approval is required before bulk material commitment.

03Pattern and fit development
Patterns and measurement specifications are developed or reviewed against the buyer size chart. Fit comments are recorded by sample round so corrections remain traceable.

04Sampling and approval
Development samples are used to confirm silhouette, workmanship and visual details. Pre-production approval establishes the reference for bulk manufacturing.
