Information we collect

When you send an RFQ, we collect the contact, company, product, quantity and project information you provide. Files such as tech packs and reference images are stored in a private file bucket and are not published on the website.

How we use it

We use this information to assess your request, prepare a response, communicate about sampling or production and maintain a record of the enquiry. We do not sell RFQ information.

Service providers and international access

Website hosting and data storage providers process information on our behalf. If you contact us through WhatsApp, Meta’s terms and privacy practices also apply. Authorized personnel may access enquiry information where needed to evaluate the project.

Retention and security

We retain enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for commercial follow-up, records and legal obligations. Access controls are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share.

Your choices
